Slim Down with Worldly Recipes

After recently reading a interesting article called “Slim Downs Secrets from Women around the World” we were super motivated to take it to the next level with fun recipes to help you lose that holiday weight.   Come journey with us around the world for some fun new foods and exercise tips from far off cultures.

1. British: Try 4-6 ounces of salmon (high in omega-3′s and acetylcholine for the brain), one egg, and two slices of whole grain toast (low glycemic carbs with 6-8grams of fiber) with 12-16 ounces of skim milk or water for a filling potent bang for your calories and accelerated weight loss.

2. Indian: Busy American women find it hard to take time out for the extra walking. Instead, skip the elevator and hoof it up and down the stairs, if you can. For extra calorie burning carry a heavy purse or briefcase (switching hands, of course).
